COVID Hair Salon Policy

Studio 53 Inc. has put into place the following COVID Policy for our hair salon. We will no longer service walk-in clients. All services must be scheduled in advance. 

Appointment can be made by visiting hairstudio53.com/appointment or call/text (863) 804-8810. 

All appointments will be spaced 15 minutes apart for disinfecting procedures. Customers will wait in their vehicle as our waiting area and restrooms are no longer available to the public. 

Upon arrival customers are asked to text (863) 804-8810 and notify our staff they have arrived for their scheduled appointment. Once ready, the stylist will text the customer to enter.  

All belongings must be left in their vehicle, as customers must keep their possessions on them during the entire service. 

Customers will be required to wear a facial mask and have their temperature checked prior to entering our facilities. 

All cancellation fees will be waived. Appointments can be canceled by emailing [email protected] or call/text (863) 804-8810. 

We ask customers to cancel their appointment if they are feeling unwell. Customers should reschedule 14 days after the last noticed symptoms. 

Customers with appointments must also agree to cancel their appointment if themselves or anyone they are in regular contact with is diagnosed with COVID 19. Customers should reschedule once they have tested negative for COVID 19 or positive for the antibodies. 

Testing sites and information can be found on the City of Lakeland’s website.

Additionally, all customers must agree to inform us if they test positive for COVID19 within 14 days of visiting our facilities. 

Studio 53 accepts all major credit cards, including gift cards that can be pre-purchased online. During this period, we will be accepting cash payment, however, it is not our preferred method of payment. 

These policies will be re-evaluated on a regular basis as new information arises regarding COVID19. We hope to be back to normal as soon as possible and appreciate everyone’s willingness to adhere to our new COVID policy.
